Finding it hard to manage user sign-ups on your web sites and those you’ve added into iDashboard? With this latest update, you'll have no more problems keeping track of two sets of contact databases. All past and future web-site contacts on web-sites we have created for you have been fully integrated into iDashboard. You can manage contact details and newsletter subscriptions for users signed up from the web and those you’ve added yourself using iDashboard.

Automated Mail Outs

We’ve also merged your automated mail-outs such as buyer alerts, early birds, and open for inspection reminders using iDashboard and integrated these with the campaign tracking system. Now you can utilise the full power of these vital tools for your business and analyse their performance in real-time. You can also change the messages used in outgoing e-mails in the Subscriptions section under the Admin tab.

Newsletter Builder

For the first time ever, real estate agents will be able to use a single system to:

1. Compose, draft, and preview newsletters using a rich text editor,
2. Drag and drop published properties into a newsletter using real-time search filters,
3. E-mail them out to their contacts/contact groups, and
4. Track performance of these campaigns against your properties using on-demand graphs.

You can find the new Newsletter Builder under the Newsletters section under the Campaigns tab. The newsletter builder and mail-outs are free to use for a limited time. To add new styles for your agency or agency group, please contact our sales staff.
