We’re pleased to announce another website release, this time for Kho and Lee Real Estate in Sydney. Kho and Lee specialise mainly in apartments in the City, Ultimo, Pyrmont and other inner city suburbs.

Our design team discussed Kho and Lee’s needs and refined the site into a beautiful, functional and feature-packed site. Based on the iProperty Premium Real Estate Website Package, the site features language translator controls, social sharing, advanced search controls that also allow sold properties to display, and much more.

Content packed, this website provides an information rich and intuitive experience – especially in combination with its clean and open design.

As with most of our clients, the website is run from our popular and powerful iDashboard Real Estate Software. In it, Kho and Lee can manage contacts, real estate listings, marketing material, internal tasks and action plans, sales reports and much, much more!

iProperty have been so incredibly busy so far this year and we’re only just over a month in! It looks to be a bumper year in the real estate business and we’re excited!

So many more websites are scheduled for release – and here’s just another one that has been launched. Allpoints @Lewtas, based in Anglesea, needed to replace their outmoded site with something more functional and importantly – much more presentable.

The request for the site was urgent, so iProperty came to the rescue and delivered this site within a matter of days. It is a good example of what you can achieve with our Basic Real Estate Website Package. Check it out!

iProperty have had an extremely busy start to the year with several projects scheduled for release. The first of many websites we’ve created is for Stanleyfields – land for sale in New Keysborough, Melbourne.

Featuring an image gallery, registration form, a custom look and feel with map design, a vibrant appearance and interactive land subdivision, this website is simple yet based on iProperty’s effective, tried and tested land/development sales platform. McDonald Real Estate are the agents entrusted in handling this project – we wish them luck and trust their website will do its job effectively.

This website is completely managed by the client with a very simple administration interface. Changing availability, land size, and price on the interactive subdivision is handled in a matter of minutes. As for all of the text, it’s simple a matter of clicking on the body of text and editing it there and then.

We all love the design. It was an opportunity for iProperty to have a little fun – while the client provided a very light brief he was very excited about the end result, so we proceeded to build the site using the original design untouched, with no revisions. Any web designer out there will understand this is a little bit of a rarity. It’s great when the client’s happy!
