This week we completed our design for Astras Prestige Property. The design was centered around the idea of elegant functionality, allowing users to choose their own search method quickly and effortlessly.
Ease of use was a key point in the design criteria for this office.
In developing this site, iProperty focused on key features to ensure ease of use and intuitive functionality through the following key features!
Interactive Map Search enables users to search by location. Integrated with Google maps, Map Search enables potential buyers to compare listed properties in terms of price, location and features. Language Select controls the dialect of the website. Astras has asked us to integrate this feature to reach an international market. With increasing investment from overseas, not to mention the multilingual buyer environment, a language option will offer a premium service to the investors market and increase website accessibility to buyers. Centralised homepage creates minimum clicks to find that ideal property. We want our sites to be user friendly and intuitive to use. With 19 direct links to key pages, users find what they want quickly.
Feature Property can be selected and updated by the agency as often as required. This is displayed on the homepage and adds premium value to the vendor and increased hits for the property listing. Astras have chosen a single image to display their prestige property, highlighting the key features of their listing, simply and elegantly. Multiple Contact Channels are essential for clients to find you quickly and easily. Astras have chosen an overlaying contact number in the top right hand corner which will display on all pages throughout the site. Homepage contacts also include eMag, automatic email subscription, email contacts and a Contact Us link with street address, maps and all other available revenues of contact.
Up to Date Company Information Keep regular clients coming back with up to date information about your company and staff through new and updated information. Astras are currently using a Company Profile page to add all the local property news into their site, easily managed through the CMS.
