New Website Sticker for iProperty Products

Perth Land Sales subdivision website

Recently Granger Clark Professionals in Western Australia commissioned iProperty to build a website dedicated to selling land subdivisions. With a specialised team, their Land Sales division handle all sizes of land sales throughout the Northern Suburbs of Perth.

To facilitate their marketing requirements, Granger Clark needed a self managed system that accommodated multiple land projects, updatable pricing, availability and land size data, image galleries and more.

We provided a WordPress real estate website that makes all of these updates simple and is scalable for future upgrades. The website is of a simple, highly readable design and displays large, graphic buttons in a tile format on the homepage that link to each subdivision. On the subdivision pages, users a greeted with a large image, introductory text and 4 extra tabs to navigate the project.

cloud computing for real estate

Cloud computing for the real estate office

There’s no doubt that cloud computing is the way of the future.  Using cloud computing, documents can now be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection – Imagine the time saving benefits to your schedule when you can send off letters and data from anywhere anytime!

Real estate agents will particularly benefit from being able to access contracts, 22 forms and letter templates from multiple computers and locations.  Gone are the days of driving through traffic to download that crucial contract from the office or send an urgent letter. Instead, agents can access their files from home, work or the iPad. Often there will be no need to call into the office to collect solicitor letters, spreadsheets or marketing order forms as everything can be done from home or or from a tablet! iPad users will be able to automatically update their contact databases across several computers while at OFIs and Auctions – saving time and multiple data entries.

As well as increased versatility in access to data, cloud servers allow users to share information without the need for a USB, CD or email attachment! All users require is an internet connection, and forms, documents, folders and even programs can be accessed! With these massive advantages to overcome previous data limitations, one can easily see how cloud computing could be the way of the future.

architizer

Architizer.com – a great social media effort around architecture

While advising a client of ours in the architecture business, we happened upon a pretty cool site called www.architizer.com and strongly encouraged their participation in it.

Architizer allows individuals and architectural firms to register and upload photos, geographical location and information about projects they’ve designed. Projects can be sorted by building type and found by keyword. When a visitor has found a project of interest, they can read about it, find out more about the team responsible and comment on the designs. These designs can be shared via twitter, tumblr and facebook, and visitors can follow a project and be alerted to new comments via email.

We took interest in this website, while it is very industry specific suiting those seeking architectural design services or working in the architecture field – it seems to have gained a fair bit of traction with hundreds of thousands of facebook followers. In the news area, we like that news items are pitched in a way to encourage discussion and debate in the comments section. What’s more it looks fantastic. Architizer is a great example of a industry specific, multi author blog.
