Due to server capacity improvements, iDashboard will be unavailable from 7.00PM on Saturday 10th September to 8.00AM Sunday 11th September AEST.
What’s going on?
In order to provide our users with the fastest iDashboard experience possible, we will be increasing our server capacity during the times outlined above. To reliably increase our capacity we will be required to shut down all current iDashboard servers. The maintenance screen will also be unavailable during this time.
Email and website hosting will continue to operate as normal. Any outgoing XML feeds will be completed prior to the shut down of our servers. We will continue to accept incoming property feeds on our FTP servers, however these files and updates will not be processed until iDashboard is back online on Sunday morning.
Ongoing capacity improvements and hardware maintenance is essential in order for us to provide a fast and reliable hosting environment for iDashboard.
Are you doing iDashboard updates too?
During this outage window we are focusing on server maintenance, capacity upgrades and hardware maintenance only. There will be no updates or maintenance to iDashboard itself, and thus there will be no changes to the iDashboard interface.
