Expense Budget Tracking

You can now see even more information than before on the property summary page of iDashboard with the inclusion of Expense Budgets.

Expenses are displayed on the property summary page for a listing. Its a great way to keep track of the budgets for the Vendor, Listing Agent and the Agency. For example say the Vendor has a budget of $5000 for Vendor Paid Advertising. The Vendor has spent $250 so far on advertising. The expenses screen shows what the budget is for each group, how much they have spent, and how much money is remaining.

The Expenses summary screen is updated via the Expenses tab on a property listing.  All you need to do is add a budget for the Vendor, Listing Agent and the Agency. As soon as you start recording expenses against these group the information will update automatically on the Expenses section allowing you to easily track your budgets for all of your properties.
