iDashboard September Upgrade

Our developers have been very busy implementing a lot of feedback and feature requests, and as a result this upgrade is a massive one! Read on to find out more about what’s going on in this release.

New real estate summary screen – When you load your listings in iDashboard, you will now be greeted with a far more informative summary screen. This new screen includes the usual suspects such as the Property ID and publishing information, and now includes related contact details, total opinions, total interests, total open attendees, property features and a whole lot more!

New real estate listing life cycle – Introducing Settlement! A new property life cycle means you can now Settle your listings in iDashboard. After you have moved your property to Sold, you can then move it to Settled, and then to the archive. Soon we will be introducing a huge set of office reports which will allow you to monitor your KPIs and office performance, and this new settlement feature will help us give you highly accurate office statistics and performance data.

Listings can no longer be unarchived – To ‘relist’ an old archived listing, load the listing and click the ‘Copy as a New Listing’ button. This will copy the listing to a new Property ID ready for republishing.

New document library – Our new mail merge document library is here. You will be able to upload all of your standard documents and contracts, and then merge them with contact and property information. This will be a staged rollout, and your individual office will be advised when it becomes available for you.
