New Feature: History Tab in Contacts

Want to read the notes for a specific contact but have trouble trying to find it amongst all of the campaign notes generated by iDashboard. With the new Activity and History tabs in Contacts we have made it easier to find the information you need.

The Activity tab displays all of your notes and important information created by users and the system about your specific contact. The history tab displays all of the information created by the system. For example, the Activity tab will display a note created by a user about a call back, where the History tab will display a note created by the system saying that the contact was sent a Whats on this week email.

The team at iProperty believe that finding information should be easy, and with the new Activity and History tab we hope that it makes your job that little bit better.

New Feature: Introducing Dashboard

The team at iProperty have been hard at work to ensure iDashboard is not only easy to use, but also has your data accessible at all times. With the new Dashboard all of your information is easily accessible from one screen, ensuring that you spend less time searching and more time doing what you do best.

The new Dashboard is simple to use and displays all of your important information about all of your properties and contacts. Dashboard is divided into 5 areas: MyListings, My Appraisals, My Contacts, Under Offers and Recently Sold. Each section provides the latest up to date information on your properties with out having to search in Real Estate making your job easier then ever before.

My Listings contains all of your active listings currently in iDashboard. From the My Listings section you can view the address for your listings, the list price, features, who the vendor is, the date that it was listed, days on market, the date it was last updated, how many Open Homes and Private inspections have been hald, and also how many views the listing has had on your website. We have provided a handy search function also which makes searching for your listings even easier then before. Just start typing in the address of a listing and the results automatically filter to display the most accurate match. But we haven’t stopped there. Want to edit your listing? With the new Dashboard simply click on an address of your listing and you will be taking directly to your listing in iDashboard. These features can also be found in the My Appraisals, Under Offers and Recently Sold sections of Dashboard.

Dashboard also makes your contacts more accessible for everyday use. Click on My Contacts in Dashboard and you will be presented with a list of all of your contacts. From here you can click on a contacts name and be taking directly to that contact in iDashboard. But thats not all! My Contacts also lets you know what category the contact is assigned to, their main phone number, email address, date the contact was last contacted, and how long the contact has been in the system. From Dashboard you can also use the great Actions icons which makes it even easier to email a contact, create a note, or set a metting date all from Dashboard.

Still want to use the old Today screen? Never fear, we haven’t removed it. The Old Today screen can be located by clicking on ‘Old Today’ on the left hand side in Dashboard.

We at iProperty believe that Dashboard is going to make your working life easier, but don’t take our word for it. Login to iDashboard and give Dashboard a test for your self.
