Financial transactions will take place in the matter of minutes, and there will no longer be long closings waiting for transactions to complete.
How about the new home builder who anticipates months of waiting through the build process. A thing of the past as 3D printed houses will be the norm to build a home within 24 hours. The tradesmen will be mechanical in the form of robots. No coffee breaks here or work to rule issues.
All one has to do is think as an agent as to the amount of hours and labor that go into the buying and selling process in the real estate industry. Focusing on the negative aspects and the time eaters of this process will be eliminated. Once you visualise this concept then you truly can begin to form a picture in your mind as to what the real estate industry will be like 50 years from now.
