Like our other ecosystem family members, such as AgentPages and the forthcoming iHomes, iDevelopments is a completely customized service. Aimed at broadening the reach and brand recognition of large-scale developers looking to advertise their various developments and projects, the iDevelopments system is driven by an intelligent administration dashboard to allow ease of use.
One of the most important elements of iDevelopments is the dynamic mapping system geared towards presenting maps and details at the developments level, stage release level, and lot sales level. Each development can be plotted out on a map, with details of each project presented when the visitor rolls their mouse over. Clicking a development takes the visitor to the local map with each stage marked, and the ability for the developer to specify release dates and sold-out status. Clicking on a stage takes the visitor further down to street level, able to view all the lot details in a particular stage and view which lots are sold and which are still available.
Also included in the package are the essential elements of a real estate website, such as Home Finder, a modified version of iProperty’s standard property search-and-view web engine. It is able to show properties that have been built or will be built in future, allowing visitors to filter search and mark certain property listings as favourites, just like a standard real estate office website.
