Import Failed Notifier has been updated!

As all of our users are aware if a property fails to import into iDashboard from a third party importer, an email gets sent letting them know that the import has failed and tells them what the issue is. Normally this email would only be sent to the listing agent for the property, but now this email will also be sent to the agency as well.

To ensure that the correct agency email address has been set on your account give us a call, or have a look at this handy article which explains how to update your agency information on iDashboard.

Automatic Opinion creation removed from iDashboard

iProperty loves to receive suggestions and feedback about our products, as this helps to ensure that our clients love using the products that we provide.

Due to user feedback, we have removed automatic opinion creation from the Interested Buyer section of iDashboard. Contacts will no longer automatically be given an Interested or Maybe Interested opinion. To make a contact Interested or Maybe Interested agents will now need to manually create those opinions for their contacts in either the Property Listing, or within the contact on iDashboard.

New Feature: Set created dates for contacts in iDashboard

Found a list of contacts that have not been entered into iDashboard but you would love to keep track of when they became contacts for your agency?

The team at iProperty have created a great little feature when adding or editing a contact. Agents can now set the date that the contact was created/became a contact for your agency. This feature is great to be able to keep track of when Potential Buyers or Vendors became contacts for your agency.

To access this feature simply go to a contact on iDashboard, and select the edit tab for the contact. From there you can enter a date the contact was entered into iDashboard, or alternatively enter the date the person became a contact with your agency.

Contacts has a new look

The team at iProperty not only likes to make your job easier, but we also want to make all information easily accessible at all times. With the redesigned Contacts area on iDashboard we believe that we have made it even easier to access your contacts information.

When you go to Contacts on iDashboard the first thing you will notice is the revamped search results. The new search results makes it even easier to access important information on a contact. With out even entering the contact users can now see a contact phone number, email address, owning agent, and now for the first time users can see the contacts Buyer Match Requirements from the search results. On top of all this you can send an email to a contact, schedule a meeting, and add a note to the contact all without the need to enter the individuals contact screen.

But what you have seen so far is just the beginning. Click on an individual contact to access their profile and you will see the revamped contact page.

We’ve made it easier to do all of the main things that you need to do for a contact, while keeping all of the important information accessible at all times. With the addition of the 6 colorful buttons on the right hand side our developers have made it easier access the areas to send emails, SMS messages, schedule a call back, merge a contact with another and archive a contact.

AND! Now your contacts information is easier to access than before because it is always there. When you are in a contact it doesn’t matter if your are in their buyer match, adding a lead property to their contact profile or uploading an attachment to their contact page, the contact details section will always be displayed making it easier to access their details when you need them most.
